Brandon Sanderson's published Mistborn saga currently contains seven main novels split between two time periods on Scadrial. Era One is the original Vin trilogy; Era Two jumps forward roughly three centuries for the four Wax and Wayne novels.
Mistborn: Secret History is a companion novella, not an eighth main novel. It overlaps the original trilogy but contains a small reveal connected to The Bands of Mourning, so this spoiler-conscious order places it after Era Two Book Three and before The Lost Metal.
